AI & Intelligent Automation

ORQUESTA LABS LLC designs, pilots, and operates intelligent automation and AI agents inside the CRM as part of a broader engagement, not as a disconnected AI project.

Who it’s for

These engagements fit teams in situations like these:

  • CRM teams curious about AI agents who want practical use cases — not a science project.
  • Teams drowning in lead triage, case intake, or repetitive follow-up that still needs judgment and CRM context.
  • Leaders who refuse to deploy AI until data, permissions, and human review points are designed deliberately.
  • Organizations ready to pilot one or two agents with measurable outcomes and a clear kill-or-scale decision.

What’s included

A clear scope of consulting work your team can understand and adopt.

  • Use-case discovery with business criteria We inventory candidate jobs for agents and automation, then score them on volume, risk, data readiness, and measurable benefit. Only use cases that can succeed in a pilot make the shortlist — vanity demos do not.
  • CRM and process readiness assessment Stages, fields, ownership, knowledge sources, and permissions are reviewed for agent trust. If the foundation is weak, we recommend optimization or data work first so agents are not blamed for bad inputs.
  • Sales and service agent design Lead qualification assistance, case triage, follow-up drafting, and internal ops help are designed around your real queues and SLAs. Agents work inside CRM context with explicit boundaries on what they may update or recommend.
  • Flow automation for deterministic work Routing, task creation, approvals, and notifications stay in Flow-style automation where rules are clear. AI agents handle judgment-heavy steps; deterministic automation handles the predictable machinery.
  • Pilot scope, metrics, and human review Pilots define success metrics, sample size, escalation paths, and which actions require a human. You get a time-boxed experiment with a decision framework — ship, iterate, or stop — instead of an endless AI trial.
  • Governance, security, and testing Permission sets, data access, audit considerations, and test scripts are part of delivery. Agents are treated as production capabilities with owners, not shadow experiments connected to customer data.
  • Enablement for users and managers Training covers when to trust agent output, how to correct it, and how feedback improves quality. Managers learn how to spot adoption issues and process gaps the pilot reveals.
  • Scale and operating model After a successful pilot, we plan expansion carefully: additional channels, team-chat workflows, more object coverage, or managed operations. Scale follows proven value, not feature enthusiasm.

How it works

Discover, Design, Build, and Improve—scoped to this service.

  1. Discover Workshops identify candidate agent jobs, data risks, and automation already in place. Discover produces a readiness verdict and a pilot recommendation with honest constraints — including when AI should wait.
  2. Design We design the pilot: actions, CRM data dependencies, automation companions, permissions, human checkpoints, and success metrics. Design documents make governance reviewable before anything touches production users.
  3. Build The pilot is configured and tested against real scenarios with controlled rollout. Monitoring and feedback capture are built in so you learn quickly whether the agent helps, confuses, or needs tighter bounds.
  4. Improve Results drive iteration: better grounding data, sharper handoffs, additional automation coverage, or a deliberate stop. Successful pilots move into an operating cadence with ownership, metrics, and a backlog for the next use case.

Typical deliverables

Concrete outputs you can use after the engagement.

  • AI and automation opportunity shortlist with readiness scores
  • CRM readiness findings and remediation recommendations
  • Pilot design: scope, metrics, permissions, and human review points
  • Configured pilot agent(s) and supporting automation
  • Test scripts, training materials, and feedback collection approach
  • Pilot results summary with scale / iterate / stop recommendation
  • Operating model notes for ongoing governance if you proceed

FAQs

Do we need perfect data before starting with AI agents?

You need trustworthy data for the specific use case — not perfection everywhere. We define the minimum data bar for the pilot and fix blockers first. Broad CRM cleanup may run in parallel when readiness is low.

Will AI agents replace our sales or service team?

No. Practical designs assist with triage, drafting, and routine judgment under supervision. Humans retain ownership of customer relationships, pricing exceptions, and policy decisions that carry risk.

How is this different from buying another chatbot?

Agents grounded in your CRM processes and data, with permissions and actions designed deliberately, behave differently from a generic widget. We implement as part of consulting delivery — process, governance, and measurement included.

What does a good pilot look like?

Narrow job, clear metrics, limited user group, human review on sensitive actions, and a fixed decision date. Good pilots produce learning and a go/no-go call; they do not quietly expand forever without accountability.

Can you help if we are not ready for AI agents yet?

Yes. We often recommend optimization, reporting, or automation work first, then return to AI when the foundation supports it. Saying “not yet” is part of responsible consulting — including when Agentforce is not the right next step on your platform.
